As a St. Hugo’s ﬂagship, Seventeen’s wine list pays homage to the rich traditions of Australia’s famed vineyards and compliments it with a myriad of excellent vintages acclaimed the world over. We embrace the bold and the beautiful, the soft and fragrant, the luxurious and spicy with an aim to please both the eye and palate.
