Our head chef Charlotte Gonzales-Poncet has created a menu with a fresh new twist on some of the best-known Mediterranean dishes from around the globe. With a touch of French hands emphasising the fresh Australian produce and the Middle Eastern culture, Jounieh comes to life.
With a new concept came a new name. Encapsulating the picturesque cobblestone streets, bustling oceanfront and exquisite resorts and restaurants of seaside Lebanon, our new name Jounieh which, is a contemporary restaurant and bar that brings the freshest Middle Eastern tastes and trends to the sparkling, salt-breezed Sydney harbour.
